The training of conductors is essential to the development and enhancement of bands and tens of thousands of musicians in our area.
Thirty regional orchestras have joined the project so far and are willing to dedicate several rehearsals per season to training leaders, involving them in rehearsals and concerts. This arrangement, through the organizational network of Coups de Vents, provides one of the largest and most important training projects for conductors in Europe.
Coups de Vents offers training designed for all heads of orchestras and music directors. They are open to students and conductors from beginners to experienced managers wishing to develop their skills in conducting. The training plan provides a common base with optional and complementary modules, allowing, according to the detected needs, a specifically designed programme for trainees.
